Kettle Fryer Operator 3rd Shift

Job Description

SUMMARY

Ensures quality products by operating the kettle-cooked chip fryer and inspecting raw potatoes and finished potato chips. The work week begins on Monday at 10 PM. You will work a 32 hours week from 10 PM - 6 AM Friday maybe miscellaneous cleaning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Fries kettle-cooked chips.

Inspects peeled potatoes before frying.

Inspects finished potato chips.

Maintains a clean work environment.

Recognizes problems with equipment or product and reports to management.

Fills in for other related positions as needed.

Operates forklift as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) and;

Three to six months related experience and/or training or;

Equivalent combination or education and experience.
