ACCi is seeking a goal-driven, energetic, and resourceful Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to join our Birmingham-based sales and marketing team. This in-office position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a structured yet entrepreneurial environment, enjoys engaging with people, and is excited by the challenge of turning prospects into opportunities. This position could be part time or full time.Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
· Research and compile business lead lists from resources such as LinkedIn, websites, HubSpot, BBJ, BBB, purchased lists, and other databases
· Clean and format company/contact data in Excel for CRM import
· Input, manage, and track leads and activities using ConnectWise and HubSpot CRM
· Make 50–80 outbound calls daily to connect with potential business clients
· Qualify leads based on our ideal client profile (company size, revenue, industry, IT needs, etc.)
· Schedule First-Time Appointments (FTAs) with C-level executives or business owners
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve weekly/monthly appointment goals
· Follow up on targeted email or mail campaigns with consistent and strategic calling
· Document all activity and results in CRM platforms
· Identify and flag contacts that do not match our profile
· Stay focused, consistent, and driven with minimal supervision

· Strong attention to detail with Excel and CRM usage (HubSpot and ConnectWise preferred)
