Summary:

To support clients and sales representatives within a specific region; communicate via email and phone addressing inquiries, processing orders and providing updates as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries.

Provide accurate information about our products and services, answer questions & provide order updates.

Enter holds, sample & fabric orders by email & phone..

Cost and bill finished product orders.

Interact with department personnel as required.

Maintain order notes, ensuring actions are recorded.

Enter customer claims and updates, working with Management to provide resolution.

Interact with other departments to ensure delivery dates are met.

Work with sales team to provide leads, support and updates as needed.

Interface with other departments to provide exceptional service.

Display good safety and housekeeping practices.

Uses material and equipment effectively.

*Performs other duties as assigned.

Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.Requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Two years experience in fast paced customer service environment.

Display reasoning ability, independent judgement & critical thinking skills.

Typing skills of 45 WPM.

10-key skills.

Working knowledge of office equipment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Above average written and oral communication skills.

Basic knowledge of textiles & manufacturing of finished product a plus.

Well organized and able to maintain efficiency in a fast paced, highly confidential environment.

Basic math skills.

Ability to work effectively with others.

Plans and organizes work for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
