We are seeking an Lead AV Technician to work at Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills in Tulsa, OK.
What Will You Be Doing?
Set up meetings and conferences
Consistently keep track of inventory and ensure orders are completed in a timely fashion
Operate AV equipment with full understanding of signal flow and equipment specifications
Determine equipment shortages while preparing equipment order and offer substitutions
Be an example showing leadership to other AV Technicians by training, showing best practice, and stepping up to back up Operations Manager, Assistant Director, and/or Director of Event Technology
Keep open lines of communication with management at all times
Follow strict guidelines and a rigid schedule
Maintain contact with the clients to ensure scheduled meetings go smoothly
Provide excellent customer service assistance to all clients
Represent INSPIRE?in a professional manner and follow grooming and attire policies in place
Continue our long-standing respectful relationship with clients and hotel staff
Work in a fast paced, ever changing environment where input is always appreciated
Protect company equipment as if it were your own and report any damages to respective personnel
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
Any other duties that are assigned
What Do You Need?
Must have at least 3 years’ experience as an audio-visual technician
Must be able to work with little supervision
Strong customer service and overall communication skills
You can lift at least 50 pounds on your own

Passing a background check and drug screen does not worry you
Demonstrate leadership skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
Highly organized, team-oriented, and a strong communicator
Willingness to work long hours, including holidays, with flexibility
