Sales Manager

Job Description

Great opportunity for an experienced, Houston based, sales manager with prior success building sales teams, coaching salespeople, holding salespeople accountable, hiring salespeople, and maintaining personal sales.

You must be a relationship-first team player who is responsible, communicative, detail oriented, with excellent writing, listening and questioning skills.

You must also be goal orientated, results driven, have great leadership skills, and excel at selling value, nurturing, managing, growing, retaining, and renewing accounts. You must have a proven track record of developing your salespeople through daily coaching, pipeline reviews, sales process and CRM.

You must be knowledgeable about roofs, be able to climb a ladder and conduct inspections. Experience with property management, facilities, building construction, building materials, and roofing materials helpful but not required.

You should bring solutions, not problems, be comfortable with internal growing pains, and working in a laid-back culture.

Base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commissions.
