Annapolis Micro Systems, Inc. is looking for professionals willing to learn and grow with us while supporting our customers’ programs. You will work on important, cutting-edge programs for all the major defense contractors, many Fortune 500 companies, and multiple government agencies. Our world-class products and systems are deployed in dozens of high-profile programs that have an important bearing on national security and computing technology.
Spearheading the entire program life cycle, the Customer Program Manager will interact with all levels from Annapolis Micro Systems and our customers' teams. For example, the process includes working internally to establish a solution to a customer’s problem, and creating and documenting the architecture, schedule, and cost of that solution. Next comes driving and tracking the development of that solution, while feeding back progress to the customer and Annapolis Micro Systems' management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate Annapolis Micro Systems input on customer programs from initial contact until end of Annapolis involvement in program
Visit/communicate with customer to discuss Annapolis COTS products and technical solutions to program
Key member of team to provide technical solution for program
Key member of team to provide proposals and answer compliance with RFIs/RFQs
Lead/Involved in Customer Progress Meetings
Keep track of schedule for program, when necessary
Monitor and drive deadlines to completion
Communicate with customer and FAEs to resolve technical issues
Compile and organize business and technical documents/information regarding each customer program
Documents include: RFIs, RFQs, SOWs, Development estimates, Proposals, Quotes, POs, System Block Diagrams, etc.
Feedback technical customer requirements to Product Development group to ensure Annapolis Micro Systems is developing the correct products and features in the future
Interface to Annapolis FAEs, Engineering, Sales and work closely with Senior Management
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering or other technical disciplines
U.S. Citizenship
Desired Technical Background
Experience with Electronic Systems and PCB and Chassis knowledge
Direct experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in the aerospace/military electronics sector
Experience writing RFIs, RFQs, SOWs, Development estimates, Proposals, Quotes, POs, System Block Diagrams, etc
Demonstrated ability to successfully promote and support a similar company's goals
