Summary

This position is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure.

This position is for DISA White House Communications Agency at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, District of Columbia.This is an Excepted Service position and does not confer eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. Duties

Oversees the planning, direction, coordination, and execution of various management and administrative services which support the WHCA’ s Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Program.

Responsible for the centralized management of high-level tasks and suspense items and maintains a current and comprehensive knowledge of all projects, plans, and functions to be able to make proper recommendations.

Supports the development and on-going improvement of SCRM workflow processes.

Determines new methods, procedures, equipment and/or technology to enhance the efficiency and effective operation of the SCRM Program.

Administers and evaluates internal program plans, direction, and practices which require consideration and integration of specialized organizational needs.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.

Basic Requirements:

The incumbent must have completed formal USG, accredited, or documented intelligence-based training program related to at least one of the below All-Source Intelligence categories of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geospatial intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or a subcategory.

AND

Applicant must have 3 years of directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of minimum qualifying experience outlined below: Evaluating, testing and validating All-Source Intelligence research reports. Conducting SCRM within the Dept. of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community. Served as an expert in SCRM-related intelligence information and evaluating new concepts in the intelligence field. Supporting the design and implementation of SCRM principles and best practices for collection, evaluation, storage and dissemination of intelligence related reporting.

Qualifying Experience:

To qualify at the GG-13, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service.

For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience Evaluating, testing and validating All-Source Intelligence research reports; Conducting SCRM within the Dept. of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community; knowledge and understanding of DoD supply chain risk management toolsets and policies.

Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.

Additionally, prior to reporting for duty the selectee must be found eligible for a DoD Top Secret security clearance with access to Special Compartmented Information (SCI) based upon an Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI), AND be approved for Presidential Support Duty in accordance with Department of Defense Directive 5210.55 (Yankee White - Category II, minimum).
