Shift: $ PM - 2:30 AM

Pay: $30 - $35 / Hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turning Operator for a precision manufacturing facility in Blaine, MN. The ideal candidate will have 2â 3 years of CNC machining experience, with specific expertise in operating lathes or turning machines. This role is critical to ensure the accurate production of parts by following program specifications and blueprint instructions. Candidates must be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and willing to contribute to a high-quality production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC lathe or turning machines according to detailed specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints and computer programs to determine machining requirements.

Perform part setup, monitor operation, and make adjustments as needed.

Deburr parts and remove sharp edges after machining.

Operate a tumbler and utilize a Debore Gauge to inspect final parts.

Pack finished components in preparation for shipping.

Follow safety procedures and ensure machines are running at optimal performance.

Qualifications:

2â 3 years of CNC turning machine experience required.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical instructions.

Familiar with machine setups and basic program navigation.

Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work overtime as needed.

Working Conditions:

Physical requirements include standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift.

Work performed in a machine shop environment with exposure to machinery and materials handling.
