Otak is seeking a Schedule Integration Manager to join our expanding team in West Lafayette, Indiana.

In this role, you will provide project management and schedule integration support to ensure various project schedules and sub-projects are synchronized with key program milestones.

You will ovesee schedule health, manage timelines across internal teams and external stakeholders and serve as the central point for scheduling strategy and communication.

This position is based onsite in West Lafayette, Indiana.

What you'll do * Provide basebuild team with an updated key date matrix summarizing utility needs by date and area based on process tool delivery schedule.

* Track utility infrastructure readiness and determine impacts to basebuild system readiness.

* Maintain overall project critical path by integrating dependencies between basebuild, tool install, HVSS, utility availability, long lead equipment, factory readiness.

* Coordinate and compile input from team members and various weekly reports.

* Develop work breakdown structure and prepare diagrams, graphs and charts to analyze problems.

* Create and maintain overall project indicators as required by client and supply chain.

* Support senior staff and ensure satisfaction of project milestones and customer requirements.

* Develop business architecture project schedule as per established customer requirements.

* Oversee and report performance and progress through analytical techniques to validate schedule performance.

* Minimize company commercial risk through accountability of major project decisions.

* Support procurement/finance aspects of construction projects by partnering with the Construction Contract Managers (CCM), Operations Project Managers & Project Controls and the Site Spends & Commits Analysts.

What you bring: * Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture, or related field.

Master's degree is a plus.

* 5 years of related experience with the planning, management and delivery of successful advanced technology programs and projects.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; advanced Excel skills required.

* Experience with Power BI, Primavera P6, and Touchplan.

* Working knowledge of collaborative scheduling including; Last Planner, Kanban, and Takt * Accurate data entry and strong organizational abilities.

* Familiarity with document control systems.

* Experience facilitating and leading meetings.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make sound recommendations by synthesizing information from multiple, and sometimes conflicting sources.

* Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse teams, including international stakeholders with varying levels of English proficiency.

* Ability to read and speak Korean is a plus.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and work location as well as market and business considerations.
