Salesforce Administrator

RxCloud has an opening for Salesforce Administrator (Systems Analyst) position. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or any related engineering field along with 5 yrs. of relevant progressive exp out of which 2 yrs. in Salesforce Administration.

Duties: Collaborate with different Business Product Owners to understand the user requirements and review critical validation deliverables. Develop and document validation deliverables such as (URS) and (FRS), Validation Master Plan, (FRA), (IQ), (OQ), and (PQ). Develop and implement workflows, field updates, email alerts, custom tabs, validation rules.

Test functionality, perform debugging and carry out modifications to conduct quality checks. Perform dry runs and execute Operational Qualification to validate the functional requirements specifications for Quality Vault (QDocs, Trainings), Clinical vault and Regulatory vault. Work extensively on Salesforce Object Query Language to update databases to handle customer data. Configure lightning app using Lightning Design System, lightning App Builder, lightning components. Build custom reports and dashboards; create workflows and process builder as per the requirement needed; and create duplicate rules on Contacts object to avoid duplicate records.
