Position Overview:
The Utah Grizzlies are looking for an energetic, motivated, and team-first individual to join our front office as a Ticket Sales Intern. This 7-month internship is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sports industry by contributing to both ticket sales efforts and game day execution.

Responsibilities:
Ticket Sales Support
Assist in selling ticket packages including season tickets, mini plans, group outings, themed events, and suites.
Generate leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person interaction.
Support account executives with client communication and database management.
Help maintain accurate CRM records and sales tracking.
Game Day Responsibilities
Act as a liaison for fans, clients, and group leaders during home games.
Assist with in-game activations, fan experiences, promotions, and themed nights.
Support operations at ticket windows, entrances, VIP areas, and suites.
Perform seat visits to provide top-notch customer service and troubleshoot ticketing issues.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in sales and team meetings, training sessions, and community events.
Contribute to department projects related to fan engagement and ticket strategy.
Represent the Grizzlies professionally at all times, especially on game days.
Qualifications:
Strong interest in sports business, ticket sales, and live event operations.
Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willing and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
Must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program.
Details:
Term: 7 months (aligned with the ECHL season; flexible start date)
Compensation: Hourly pay or monthly stipend (commensurate with experience)
Hours: 20-30 hours per week (includes all home games and select office hours)
Location: Maverik Center - West Valley City, UT
