Job Description

Interact with architect/Dev Team & BA to understand the NFR requirement and come up with performance test strategy/intake form/workload modelling.

Gather NFR requirements for performance testing from architecture/engineers to proceed with testing approach.

Responsible for ensuring a software application performs optimally under various conditions. Main roles include designing test plans, creating test scripts (writing the error handling/defining the text checks/enhance the script), executing tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with other teams to address performance issues.

During performance test execution, monitor test using Dynatrace and drill down transactions which took high response time, gather CPU/Memory stats too.

Verify the performance of applications for Infrastructure, identifying memory leaks, connection issues and bottleneck problems including Oracle batch jobs to verify the performance of DB Infrastructure.

Responsible for application test risks, issues, timelines and quality as well as providing oversight of all the testing within the delivery team. Manage client issues and concerns, effectively deal with escalations.

*This is a hybrid role requiring three days/week onsite. Candidate should be located in Pittsburgh PA, Phoenix AZ, Cleveland OH, Dallas TX, Philadelphia PA, Jacksonville FL, Miamisburg OH or Rocky Mount NC.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in LoadRunner, Apache JMeter, Dynatrace monitoring, Capacity Management, Performance Tuning

HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington.
