And right now, we’re on the lookout for an IT Support Technician who’s ready to step into a newly created, yet vital, behind-the-scenes role where tech meets teamwork and every fix fuels our mission to Make a Difference.
Why This Role Matters:
In this role, you’re more than just a tech guru, you’re the frontline defender of productivity, the go-to for glitchy moments, and the person who ensures our systems support, not stall, our snack-making greatness.
You’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks while partnering with our teams to ensure smooth operations, both on-site and remote.
What You’ll Do:
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues and perform basic network maintenance
Deploy new tech tools (computers, printers, and more!)
Support remote team members with access and connectivity
Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues to our managed service provider
Help track and manage IT assets and licenses
Keep clear records through our ticketing system
Train team members on everyday tools so they feel confident and capable
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Have a solid grasp of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
Enjoy solving problems and helping people
Communicate clearly, whether it’s walking someone through a fix or writing clean documentation
Are organized, curious, and ready to “Own It” when something needs attention

Believe people matter, and show that in the way you support the team
The Essentials:
Full-Time Role, Based in Womelsdorf, PA
Occasional lifting (15–50 lbs), climbing stairs, and sitting at your tech command center
Collaborate with all departments (yep, you’ll be kind of a big deal)
Bonus Points For Experience With:
IT ticketing systems
Printer maintenance coordination
Supporting a manufacturing environment
Helping coworkers understand that “Have you tried turning it off and on again?” is legit advice

This is an hourly position with a pay range of $20 to $25 per hour DOE. Compensation with seasoning... we spice it up based on your experience.
