CultureSpace is a culture-based and elevated office furniture dealer with top of line showrooms in San Antonio and Austin. We are looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our Austin team. We are a close-knit team who are big on collaborating, sharing ideas, and getting the job done! What you'd be doing:
Using the phone, email, LinkedIn, etc., to set qualified appointments for our Project Consultant Team.
Driving CultureSpace's growth by delivering a world class sales experience to new prospects while building and managing a pipeline for the sales team.
Cold calling and qualifying potential leads by making outbound calls and uncovering their current or future office furniture needs, budget, and timeline.
Handling inbound inquiries via phone or company website.
Answering questions about the company by sharing our mission, values, and dedication to our clients.
What we are looking for:
Networking/PR/Marketing experience
Not afraid to hear "No" from leads
Proactive mindset
Positive and professional
Looking to join a challenging but rewarding environment with passionate and talented team members
Driven to continuously develop both professionally and personally through goal setting and challenging themselves in all aspects of their life
Clean and valid Driver's License
Bonus Skill:
BBA in Marketing preferred
