Roller Operators ( 2–5 Years of Experience)

Position Overview:

We are hiring Roller Operators to compact hot mix asphalt during paving operations. Operators must understand different compaction stages and be able to adjust techniques based on material conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate breakdown, intermediate, and finish rollers

Maintain optimal compaction based on temperature and rolling patterns

Inspect equipment and report malfunctions

Work with paving and quality control teams to meet specifications

Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience with asphalt roller operations

Knowledge of compaction methods and surface finish requirements

Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions

Requirements:

Clean background

Valid driver’s license

Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
