About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling video content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, technical expertise in editing software, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media, websites, internal presentations).

Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, titles, motion graphics, and visual effects as needed.

Collaborate with directors, producers, and creative teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.

Organize and archive video assets and projects for future use.

Stay current with video trends, editing techniques, and best practices.

Adapt video content for different formats and platforms (e.g., vertical, square, 4K, mobile).

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.

Portfolio or demo reel showcasing video editing work.

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.

Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

Familiarity with audio editing, color grading, and motion graphics.

Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback.

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating content for digital marketing or social media.

Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, or production is a plus.

Animation or 2D/3D motion design experience is a bonus.
