3D Artist

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Artist to produce high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations for use in [e.g., games, virtual environments, marketing visuals, product renders]. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with strong artistic and technical skills, capable of turning concepts into stunning 3D assets.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials for characters, environments, props, and other assets.

Collaborate closely with concept artists, animators, and developers to bring assets to life in the final product.

Optimize assets for performance while maintaining artistic integrity (especially for real-time engines like Unity or Unreal).

Ensure consistency with brand/style guides and project requirements.

Participate in review and feedback sessions and iterate on assets accordingly.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

Proven experience as a 3D Artist (portfolio/demo reel required).

Bachelor’s degree in 3D Art, Animation, Game Design, Visual Effects, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Skills:

Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or ZBrush.

Texturing skills using tools like Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, or Quixel.

Understanding of lighting, shading, and rendering techniques (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold, Eevee).

Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is a strong plus.

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and creative problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in character modeling, rigging, and animation is a plus.

Knowledge of PBR workflows and real-time asset creation.

Experience working with AR/VR projects or photorealistic rendering.

Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, MEL) is an advantage.
