Responsibilities

Greet all visitors and clients with a warm and inviting demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.

Manage and direct incoming calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring effective time management for staff.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive first impression for all guests.

Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document management as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Coordinate with other administrative staff to provide comprehensive support to management and other departments.

Requirements

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a positive and inviting demeanor.

Organizational Skills: High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail.
