We're partnering with a well-funded PropTech startup that's digitizing a massive offline real estate market. With strong growth and nationwide operations, they need a Sales Development Manager to lead their expanding SDR team.
OTE: $140k - $170k (base $110k-$130k + uncapped commission)
Location: Remote/Hybrid (San Francisco Bay Area)

The Role
Lead a team of SDRs selling tech solutions to traditional businesses. You'll shape the sales engine at a well-funded company in a large market opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop high-performing SDR team
Own outbound strategy and pipeline generation
Coach reps on complex solution selling
Build scalable hiring and training programs
Partner with leadership on GTM strategy
What You Bring
Proven success selling to traditional businesses (not just tech)
SDR management experience in startup environments
Strong understanding of outbound metrics and team development
Ability to lead remote teams and build high-performance culture
