PE Electrical Engineer

Cogs have partnered with a leading national MEP Consulting company company who, after 60 years in the business, are continuing their steady growth whilst maintaining excellent standard of commercial projects and design quality, across the products within their portfolio.

Our client is expanding and because of the new projects coming in they are looking for an individual with hands-on design work experience alongside regular interaction with plumbing, mechanical, motors & drives, supporting preliminary and detailed designs for projects.

The salary for this position is up to 135K

Responsibilities

Providing technical support for proposals, estimating, engineering, procurement, and construction.

Participating in project teams for design, analysis, or evaluation using engineering principles.

Reviewing and approving equipment vendor quotes.

Collecting and evaluating data to recommend courses of action.

Handling multiple projects, providing compliant design packages meeting safety codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering program.

Minimum 3 years of design experience within the commercial industry
