Advanced Practice Provider - ENT

ProMedica Physicians Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT), one of Toledo’s premier ENT practices’, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join expanding practice based at the ProMedica Health and Wellness Center in Sylvania, OH.

Inpatient, Outpatient, and Surgical cases

Weekend, Holiday, and Call rotation among providers

Robust support system of Physicians, SLPs, Audiology, and APP Care team

Services provided at Sylvania office, Perrysburg office, Toledo Hospital, and Flower Hospital

We provide medical and surgical treatments for a wide range of conditions:

Hearing loss and ear infections

Nasal congestion, allergies, and sinus infections

Snoring and sleep apnea

Recurrent tonsillitis

Voice and swallowing disorders

Neck masses

Thyroid and parathyroid disorders

Management of cancers that involve the thyroid and salivary glands, the mouth, throat and voice box, and other cancers of the head and neck region

Job Requirements:

Certificate of Authority to practice.

Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification.

Licensed or license eligible in the state of OH

Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.

Master’s degree for Physician Assistant (PA) applicants.
