Job Description

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking motivated candidates for a Machine Operator role in Woodland. Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Assist in the preparation, mixing, and processing of dairy products, adhering to company recipes and quality standards.

Perform quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure consistency and integrity.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in production areas to comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMPs).

Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper storage and accurate inventory tracking.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and resolve operational challenges.

Document production processes, ingredient usage, and other critical data accurately.

Participate in routine cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and facilities to uphold hygiene standards.

Report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in food manufacturing or production is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMPs) is a plus, but training will be provided.
