Job Title: Mid-Level Audio/Video (A/V) Technician

Primary Location: Clarksburg, WV

Clearance: Active Top-Secret (TS) clearance with Full Scope Polygraph eligibility

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Audio/Video Technician to join our secure technical operations team in Clarksburg, WV. This position supports the planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of advanced AV systems in a classified environment. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with digital recording, video editing, and managing complex AV systems, and will possess a Top-Secret clearance with Full Scope Polygraph eligibility.

Responsibilities:

Set up, configure, and adjust audio-visual systems for meetings, briefings, and secure operations

Perform scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure continuous system performance

Assist in editing and post-production of audio and video materials using professional editing software

Digitally record and photograph a variety of secure activities and operational events

Program, monitor, and maintain the health of AV systems using various control and diagnostics software applications

Perform technical design, installation, and integration of sophisticated AV equipment, including state-of-the-art systems

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, hardware, and software to support mission needs and improve AV infrastructure

Use judgment and initiative to plan and execute tasks with limited supervision

Required Qualifications:

Active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for Full Scope Polygraph

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field OR four (4) years of relevant AV field experience

Experience working with modern AV systems, including setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Familiarity with video and audio editing software and AV control systems

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to operate independently and contribute effectively in a secure, team-based environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with AV technologies such as Crestron, Extron, Dante, or similar platforms

Prior experience working in secure or classified facilities

Technical certifications related to AV, IT, or multimedia systems
