We are seeking an operations Manager for a well-established specialty contracting company. This role oversees and coordinates daily office and field operations, ensuring efficient project delivery, strong team support, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across office administration, field technicians, and shop/warehouse functions
Supervise and support staff including customer service, scheduling, and field leads
Monitor and review scheduling activities to ensure optimized routes and responsiveness
Manage procurement and inventory to support active and upcoming projects
Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of service
Assist with workflow planning, job readiness, and dispatch coordination
Step in to assist with deliveries, materials, or field/shop support as needed
Ensure safety, compliance, and operational consistency across all departments
Review job estimates or service quotes for accuracy and alignment with scope
Ensure effective daily prep and coordination to support technician efficiencyCompensation & Benefits:
