Responsibilities:
• Perform imaging and deployment of computer hardware to meet organizational needs.
• Manage Tier 1 support tasks such as resolving basic technical issues and troubleshooting system problems.
• Facilitate hardware refresh processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
• Assist with data transfer operations to ensure secure and efficient migration of information.
• Provide support for Microsoft technologies, addressing user concerns and maintaining system functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Document and track technical issues, providing detailed resolutions to ensure long-term reliability.
• Offer hands-on assistance for hardware installations and configurations.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand and resolve their concerns.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.• Proven experience in computer hardware deployment and imaging.
• Understanding of Tier 1 support duties, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and their practical applications.
• Ability to perform data transfer operations securely and efficiently.
