Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases to ensure their performance, security, and reliability.

• Design and implement logical and physical data models to support organizational needs.

• Develop and maintain scripts for automation, reporting, and database processes.

• Optimize database performance through tuning and configuration management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align database solutions with business objectives.

• Perform regular backups and recovery operations to safeguard data integrity.

• Monitor and troubleshoot database systems to resolve issues promptly.

• Provide insights and recommendations for improving database architecture and processes.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance database systems.• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL.

• Proficiency in database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and data modeling.

• Familiarity with backup technologies and recovery processes.

• Strong skills in configuration management and optimization techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.

• Experience with additional database systems is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
