We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for high-tech engineering roles. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in technical recruiting and applicant tracking systems to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for technical roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize platforms such as CareerBuilder and Workday to identify talent and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct targeted outreach and cold calling to engage passive candidates and expand the candidate pool.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring goals and timelines.
• Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position job opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and streamline recruitment processes.
• Provide guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on technical roles
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for positions such as Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, BI Analyst, and related positions.
-Demonstrated success in sourcing top-tier candidates with expertise in leading data technologies, including Hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform),
modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker), and real-time data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Apache Kafka).
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems such as Workday.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms like CareerBuilder.
• Strong ability to engage candidates through cold calling and other sourcing techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for cloud engineering and other high-tech fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with financial services industry hiring needs is a plus.
