*Desired Schedule #1: Monday-Friday

*Full-time is 37.5 hour workweek

*Work alongside other clinicians in the field to contact, and build rapport with clients residing in this area.

*Be positioned at one site.

*Help navigate medically fragile clients' needs and connect them to the right care.

Salary $76,500 + Great Benefits - 20 Vacation Days + 15 Sick Days + 11 Holidays.
