Position Overview:

Aras Labs is chartered with pushing the envelope of what business software can be. As an Aras Labs Software Engineer, you will work with the latest technologies to bring new solutions from concept to prototype and beyond. We are seeking smart, flexible, nimble self-starters that can absorb new concepts fast and turn them into reality even faster.

Responsibilities:

Research and recommend cutting edge technologies for future development

Rapidly assess business challenges and document use cases / requirements

Design applications, including data models, UX concepts and user workflows

Develop prototypes, proofs of concept and full applications

Demonstrate and explain the value of your solutions

Interact with other developers to encourage community growth

Requirements:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full stack development skills, with front-end and database experience

Solid understanding of cloud and AI technologies

Experience developing with modern technologies, but with a solid foundation in C#, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Vue.js, SQL and Git

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

Applicants should also be able to commute to our Andover, MA office twice a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays). Please note that Aras is currently unable to offer relocation assistance.
