Job Description

TMB, Inc is seeking candidates for a Sr. Electrical/Electronics Engineer to support NAVSEA Acquisition Program Office Engineering Support Services requirements.Responsibilities

Develop maintenance and testing procedures for electric and electronic components and equipment.

Evaluate systems and recommend design modifications or equipment repair.

Inspect electric and electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure they meet safety standards and applicable regulations.Qualifications

At least 15 years of relevant experience.

Professional experience in electrical/electronic design. Preferably for Navy shipbuilding and defense systems.

Bachelor’s degree.

Professional Engineer License is a plus.

Must be a United States citizen.

Must possess an active DOD Top Secret security clearance.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.

Ability to travel reasonable distances (up to mile one way) to meet with customers or other company personnel in the execution of job functions.

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in order to carry a laptop, notebooks, papers, binders and other tools and equipment required in the execution of job functions.
