Location: Springfield, MA, Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead with strong Java development expertise and a proven track record in leading development teams to deliver full-stack applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can operate independently, and has a passion for building scalable, enterprise-grade solutions using modern Java technologies.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional development teams through the full SDLC, from planning and execution to deployment and support.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, QA leads, and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery of project goals.

Manage and support a portfolio of applications, ensuring timely development, testing, and deployment.

Drive high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective technical solutions that are scalable and adaptable to future needs.

Write production-grade Java code using Spring and Spring Boot.

Design and develop microservices, APIs, and web services as part of distributed systems.

Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, including code reviews and production releases via Kubernetes (AWS EKS).

Provide off-hours support as required.Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in software development and engineering.

Proven ability to work independently and in small to mid-sized development teams.

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.

Hands-on experience with:

Maven and dependency management

RESTful API and microservices development

Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)

CI/CD tools and practices

JavaScript and front-end frameworks

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and SDLC governance.

Experience with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).

Familiarity with legacy technologies such as Struts 2, JSP, Java 6, AJAX, HTML, XML, and IBM DB2.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing and delivering complex investment or data management solutions.

Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and microservice security best practices.
