In this role, you will lead a team of Universal Associates, empowering them to have exceptional customer service while assisting members with their financial needs. This role will provide leadership, constructive feedback, and support professional growth and development within your team. You would need strong written and verbal communication skills in order to provide encouraging coaching for your team as well as promote new products and services in your branch. You would use strong decision-making skills to take initiative to solve problems.

In this role, you would interact with multiple departments daily, exceeding member expectations and providing education in various platforms such as online, mobile, and phone banking, card services, and business services. You would provide back-up to Universal Associates as needed, helping members directly with account transactions and management. Through this position, you would also oversee facility operations, maintaining grounds and financial service equipment.

A successful applicant would have a flexible work schedule, with the ability to occasionally work outside regular business hours, including weekends, and will sometimes have out-of-town travel. Qualified candidates would have two to five years of similar or related experience and be able to implement effective people, time, project, and organizational management practices.
