What You’ll Be Doing:

Crank Out 70+ Calls a Day: You'll be making 70+ calls a day, connecting with retail shops and dispensaries, and spreading the word about our amazing brands like Eyce and DaVinci.

Close Deals Like a Pro: You’ll close sales by using your killer communication skills and persuasive charm.

Build Relationships: You'll forge long-term connections with retail clients and help them grow with our top-tier products.

Hit Your Targets: We’ll give you the tools, but you bring the energy to exceed those monthly sales targets!

Be the Expert: Share your product knowledge with customers to ensure they get the best experience possible.

CRM Whiz: Use CRM tools to track your sales, manage your pipeline, and keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: You’ve got a minimum of 2 years of experience in wholesale or retail sales, and you know how to close deals like a pro.

Phone Skills: You love making calls, and you’re a natural at turning conversations into sales.

CRM Savvy: You know your way around CRM systems (think Salesforce, HubSpot) and use them to keep everything organized.

Tech-Savvy: You’ve got the technical know-how to track your sales and manage accounts efficiently.

Results-Driven: You’re motivated by targets and want to crush them every month.

Passionate: You’re genuinely excited about the cannabis industry and ready to make an impact.

Bonus Points: If you’ve worked with dispensaries or retail stores, even better!
