Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Reports To: Head Of Department

Position Overview: Background in maintenance, building management technology, and experience in managing small tenant improvement projects as well as large construction projects, renovations. This role requires strong collaboration with Brokers, Property Managers, Operations, and Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate and supervise small tenant improvement projects and large-scale construction projects such as retail and renovations.

Collaborate with brokers, property managers, operations, and asset management to ensure project alignment with company goals.

Develop and maintain project schedules and quality control measures.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Prepare and present project reports to the head of the department and other stakeholders.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ensure CMF invoice and ensure the correct percentage and fees are accounted for. This function will be performed in conjunction with the Head of Department.

Ensure work on all Capital projects including TI & Building Capital projects get a fee charged, as well as large R&M projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Building Engineer, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Company Description
