CNC Programmer Machinist

Job Description

CNC Programmer - Near Strongsville, OH

Compensation: $35-40/hr (pay is based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer with at least 5 years of hands-on machining and programming experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced with Mastercam, has a strong understanding of G&M codes, and can efficiently manage all aspects of the CNC machining process—from setup to production to troubleshooting.

Daily Responsibilities:

Interpret technical blueprints and design models

Load raw materials and setup CNC machines

Input product designs into computer modeling software

Select and load correct cutting tools

Adjust machine settings to meet specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production

Conduct quality control inspections throughout manufacturing

Maintain cleanliness and functionality of CNC equipment

Train new team members on CNC operations and procedures

Qualifications:

5+ years of machining/programming experience

Proficient in Mastercam programming

Able to read and interpret detailed design blueprints

Strong knowledge of G&M codes

Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials

Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
