Pay: at least $14.00/hr (base pay + differentials)

Rotating weekends required

PCGH is hiring dependable, compassionate night owls to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our group homes. As an overnight DSP, you'll help ensure safety, comfort, and dignity while folks sleep — and start their mornings off right.

What You’ll Do:

Support evening, overnight, and morning routines

Assist with personal care as needed

Monitor and respond to overnight needs or emergencies

Keep accurate records and follow care plans

Create a calm, supportive home environment

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous caregiving experience is a plus (but not required)

Solid communication and teamwork skills

Reliability, especially for overnight shifts and weekends
