Are you an outstanding Customer Service Representative? Then join our team at our family-owned tubing fabrication company. We are looking for an experienced customer service representative. This person will act as a liaison by providing information and handling emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This person should be excited to help customers. They are confident in troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Create new customer orders, updating orders via EDI, and email;
Prepares documentation by preparing daily/monthly reports using various applications.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills
2+ years proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented and flexible
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
