CNC Mill Setup Machinist

Job Description

Read, interpret and follow blueprints, geometrical tolerance, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.

Experience with tight tolerance machining up to “.0001 is preferred.

Able to operate 3 – 5 axis CNC mills. Matsuura and Okuma experience are a plus.

Programming with Mastercam.

Experience with FANUC controls.

Trouble shoot problems independently, and ability to help fellow machinists.

Ability to operate CMM Machine and interpret data to ensure parts are manufactured according to specification and blue print call outs.

Able to utilize calipers and manual measurement tools to conduct data checks that cannot be verified via CMM output.

Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.

Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

All candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.

Shift 1- 7am-3:30pm

Shift 2- 3:30pm-12am
