Senior Project Manager

Location: New Haven County

Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 (based on experience)

We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in P6 scheduling and experience in DAS or DOT, retail, and healthcare projects. You'll oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $100K to $33M, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to spec.

What You'll Do:

Manage project schedules using Primavera P6

Oversee all phases of construction from precon to closeout

Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards

Lead and mentor project teams and junior staff

What We're Looking For:

Experience with healthcare projects

Proven success managing commercial projects

Strong understanding of construction documents, schedules, and budgeting

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:
