Workday Consultant

Qualifications:

Able to provide testing results for specific benefit scenarios and recommendations for system optimization based on results

Must have experience with testing Workday.

Hands-on HRIS testing within Workday

Spearheading testing efforts for open enrollment

Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Benefits (Ideally within Open Enrollment and Vendor integrations).

Ability to proxy in as various team members for Open Enrollment (OE) and Benefit Admin functions (opening, closing, and finalizing OE, reviewing Wellness Credit, etc.).

Capability to walk through Qualifying Life Events (QLEs) with minimal oversight.

Strong documentation skills to capture screenshots and detailed notes for logging tickets within Azure.

Experience in a similar role, ideally someone who can proactively advise on areas beyond the standard test cases that may require the teams review.

Strong communications skills and eye for detail

Able to adhere to strict deadlines

Experience in communication with HRIS vendors and internal company teams

Seeking consultants who can offer advice and bring expertise to the table with minimal hand-holding.

Valuing consultants who can express themselves and offer better ideas if they have them.
