Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Month-End Close

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP

Manage and streamline month-end and quarter-end close processes

Partner with external auditors to support interim and year-end audit procedures

Coordinate with international subsidiaries to ensure compliance and alignment with corporate policies

Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency in accounting workflows

Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and maintained throughout the engagement

Requirements:

SaaS industry experience is required

8+ years of progressive accounting experience; CPA preferred but not required

Strong understanding of GL Accounting, AP processes, and close cycles

Prior experience working with or managing audits

Experience working with international entities, multi-currency environments a plus

Ability to hit the ground running and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
