THE VITAL ROLE YOU'LL HAVE

As our PGA Professional - Assistant General Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations. Your dual role will involve overseeing all aspects of the hospitality business and guiding your team to excellence in food, beverage, and service while always ensuring smooth operations. From opening to closing, you'll handle everything from inventory control to staff management, helping your team deliver top-notch experiences. You'll lead by example, providing training and mentorship to enhance staff skills, improve productivity, and boost customer satisfaction.

On the golf side, you'll take our golf services to new heights. You'll organize and manage X-Leagues, create engaging schedules and rules, and oversee registrations and standings to ensure the leagues run seamlessly. You'll teach high-quality golf lessons to players of all levels, helping them reach their goals with tailored instruction. As the face of our kids' golf camps, you'll inspire the next generation of golfers, creating fun and educational experiences that will leave lasting memories. You'll also drive customer retention with creative life-cycle strategies, analyzing trends to enhance service and grow our community.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

21+ years of age

PGA Professional certified

Virginia Manager's Alcohol Responsibility Training (MART) certification

1+ year of experience as a Level 1 PGA Professional instructor (minimum of an associate professional pipeline)

1 year of indoor golf simulator experience

Experience in golf instruction, league management, and customer service

Sales and marketing experience

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fun, and energetic sports bar and entertainment facility

Flexibility to work nights and weekends

Strong organizational and communication skills

Passion for golf and a commitment to promoting the sport

Having a food and beverage management certification and experience would be a huge plus for this PGA Professional - Assistant General Manager position!
