Process Coordinator (SIAM/Configuration Management)

About the Role

We are currently hiring a Process Coordinator to work as part of a cohesive team within our Federal Government customer account. This Permanent Full-time role is based in Melbourne, with the ability to work in a hybrid onsite/from home capacity once settled into your work delivery.

This role joins a large customer account assisting in delivering enterprise Service Integration & Management (SIAM) services in a multi-vendor IT environment, to achieve the customer outcomes. You will be providing governance and management of Service Configuration management processes across the customer and ‘Other Service Providers’ environments’, providing assurance that to all CIs used in delivery of services are consistent and accurate.

We are looking for you to bring core experience and focus on Service Configuration to deliver data models & plans, collaborating and overseeing key trends and further improvement activities. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide key insights and recommendations effectively.

For further consideration we would look for:

Current OR ability to obtain and maintain a minimum Government Security Clearance

Understanding of Configuration Item (CI) reconciliation, model/taxonomy in enterprise level environments

Ability to audit, analyse and provide framework recommendations being part of a wider service integration model

Strong documentation and clear writing skills for processes and work instructions

Hold exposure or certification in ITIL4/V3 and also highly favourable to hold SIAM foundations certification
