Warehouse Assistant

The FLSmidth Mongolia workshop team is pleased to announce an opening for a Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic, transparent, and collaborative team!

As a Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include daily warehouse activities such as receiving goods from suppliers and delivering them to customers. Job Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, store and distribute all incoming materials in accordance with procedures.

Maintain records of material movements within the system.

Conduct inventory counts and reconciles differences between inventory count results and system records.

Verify materials received against purchase orders or work orders.

Prepare reports on discrepancies found during inspection process.

Prepare, send out and file all necessary documents related to quality control activities.

Assist with internal and external audits as required.

Regularly lifting and moving inventory and materials.

Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor diploma or equivalent in engineering

Ability to operate forklift truck, would be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel).

Beginner English language skills (spoken and written).

Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 kg.

Honest, hardworking and willing to learn new tasks.

Must work well within a collaborative environment

Able to communicate effectively.
