First Western Bank is currently seeking a Branch Manager for our Rogers Pinnacle Location. Branch Managers must be able to motivate and develop team members to meet sales initiatives. This position will also ensure that branch operations are maintained within compliance guidelines, while supporting branch staff in the daily workflow. Qualified candidates must have previous banking experience at a supervisor or manager level.
