Job Description

Description:

As a Garage door installer, you will be responsible to maintain and repair garage door systems.

Responsibilities:

Remove and replace existing garage door, side rails and repair or replace garage door operator.

Must be familiar with national brand operators, push pads and transmitters.

Assist maintenance staff when needed property.

Use and maintain maintenance equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Maintain an inventory of garage supplies and communicate needs to the management team.

Respond promptly to any garage-related concerns or requests from residents.
