We are currently seeking a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the organization’s operational excellence.

Position Overview:

As an Operations Coordinator at Ace Care Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring day-to-day operational efficiency across various departments, including Administration, Intake, Scheduling, Case Management, Compliance, and Assessments. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational functions across departments to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Collaborate with Operations Officer to assess departmental workflows, identify risks, and implement process improvements.

Monitor internal communications and ensure information flow aligns with company standards and culture.

Assist in onboarding new staff, organizing orientation materials, and monitoring their integration into the company.

Conduct internal audits, mock surveys, and data reviews to support compliance and quality assurance.

Track progress of new initiatives and coordinate periodic meetings to review operational strategies and updates.

Maintain and update procedure documentation and internal systems to reflect current practices.

Collaborate with the Helpdesk to address and resolve technical or system-related issues.

Step in to oversee office operations in the absence of the Operations Officer or Assistant Administrator.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in administrative or operations roles with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Familiarity with HR processes such as scheduling, timekeeping, and employee communications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with SharePoint, Adobe, and Monday.com.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Highly organized, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Company Description
