Skilled Nursing Facility Full-Time
Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a respected skilled nursing facility in Ossining, NY. This is a key leadership role for an RN with strong clinical judgment and a passion for quality patient care in a long-term care setting.
RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee nursing staff and day-to-day clinical operations
Ensure adherence to care plans, regulatory requirements, and facility policies
Provide support and supervision to LPNs and CNAs
Respond to resident needs and medical emergencies with professionalism and urgency
Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate careRN Supervisor Qualifications:
Active NYS RN license
Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment preferred
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
