Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Location: Waterbury, CT
Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Full-Time First Shift
Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Waterbury, CT. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components used in customer applications. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electro-mechanical subassemblies and final products using drawings, blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions
Perform manual and visual inspections to ensure product quality
Handle, move, and prepare materials for assembly and shipment
Use hand tools and calibrated measuring equipment (e.g., calipers, torque wrenches, gauges)
Report defects or quality issues to supervisors
Cross-train in multiple areas of production as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand/sit for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electro-mechanical or precision assemblies
Familiarity with industrial chemicals and safe handling practices

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
