BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Operations processor in Indianapolis, IN 46206

Position Title: Operations processor

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46206

Hours: Standard hours (40 hours) Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Duration: 6 months of contract

Pay Rate: $18.00

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

These changes directly impact the customers bills, claims, and underwriting.

Items may include but are not limited to Enrollments, Salary Changes, Volume Changes, etc.

This position will also be responsible for indexing incoming work for multiple teams.

Additional Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Computer Software Technical Skills (mid-level Excel)

Ability to work in multiple systems

Ability to work with multiple screens

Measured KPI's: - Monthly Productivity Scorecard

Monthly Quality Audits

Data put into billing system

Soft skills be able to research anything/read a contract

Moving within system OA has a homegrown billing system
